The house with three holiday apartments is located in the little town of Podstrana near Split. There are beautiful beaches along the six-kilometre stretch of coast. It is just 100 metres from the house to the nearest beach and 400 metres into town, making it an ideal holiday residence for a relaxing summer holiday.

The main entrance of the house provides access to the apartments with their own separate entrances. They have been completely refurbished and are functionally equipped and furnished. One of the three apartments has air conditioning.

The house has an enclosed 250m² plot of land that provides parking spaces. The garden and the barbecue are shared by all guests.

The owner lives on site. All the apartments have a free wireless Internet connection. Near the house there is a five-star hotel, whose facilities can be used by external holiday-makers at a supplementary charge, such as restaurants, sports facilities, pools, bars, clubs and the casino.

Leave everyday life far behind and spend beautiful days sunbathing or enjoying water sports on the nearby beach. You can go on boat trips to the islands or a leisurely stroll through the town.

Wonderful Apartment in Podstrana with Private Parking

This 64m² apartment is on the ground floor of the house. The living room has a TV and three single beds. The kitchen includes a dining space and is equipped with a hob, fridge and freezer compartment. The bedroom provides a double bed. The bathroom has a bath, washbasin and WC.

The terrace door in the living room opens onto the shaded terrace in front of the house, which is furnished with garden chairs and a garden table.

This apartment does not have air conditioning. A shared washing machine is available to all guests near the main entrance.
