This beautiful holiday villa located within a large park and equipped with a private swimming pool and tennis court (red earth) is located in Versilia, in the immediate vicinity of pretty Pietrasanta (approx. 2 km) ! In this place you will completely relax spending a lot of time outdoors: taking refreshing baths in the beautiful pool, reading your favorite book on the open terrace and organizing a fun barbecues with your family or friends, while tennis fans will have the chance to play at their leisure! The villa has a unique architectural style and was built by local architects, who were inspired by the original idea of an American sculptor who had chosen Versilia for its artistic richness. Pietrasanta, in fact, is not only a pretty town near the sea and the Apuan Alps, but a destination for internationally renowned artists, who organize vernissages and important exhibitions of painting and photography. The area is so rich in activities to be enjoyed and historical-artistic and natural treasures to be admired, that you will be spoiled for choice: You can play Golf in Forte dei Marmi (approx. 10 km), visit the MuSA (Virtual Museum of Sculpture and Architecture) which is approx. 3 km, spend the day at the seaside, choosing within the numerous sandy beaches with well-organized bathing establishments, trips to the impressive Apuan Alps that are always in the background and taste the excellent local cuisine in the many restaurants and trattorias in the area. The villa is equipped with mosquito nets.

    “"+" bardzo duży dom ponad 400m2 z zadbanym ogrodem o pow 2,2ha.Teren ogrodzony, zamknięty. Pracownik dbający o posesje zamieszkuje na terenie posesji w osobnym domu, ziemny kort tenisowy w dobrym stanie; basen bezpieczny dla dzieci z nowymi estetycznymi leżakami, duża altana do biesiadowania; miejsca do parkowania w cieniu drzew, dobry kontakt z właścicielem, odesłał kurierem pozostawione rzeczy w domu, powitalny koszt z owocami i winem. dojazd do domu na końcu drogi= brak ruchu samochodowego, 800m od domu dobrze zaopatrzony mini market, pokoje czyste przygotowane dla gości
