Holiday apartment for 4 people with a terrace and sea view, near the beach, in Jandía, in the south of Fuerteventura

The holiday apartment is located in the south of the island of Fuerteventura, by Morro Jable, only 200 metres from the beach of Jandía.

The apartment has two bedrooms - one with a double bed of 1.50 m width, while the other bedroom has two single beds of 90 cm width. The apartment has a 22 m² terrace with a stunning view of the sea, of Morro Jable and of the mountains. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, i.e., two deckchairs, a table and four chairs. The kitchen is also fully equipped is a separate room. Here you will find a toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, kettle, Ceran hob with four hotplates, cutlery, plates, coffee cups, champagne glasses, wine glasses and normal glasses. The bathroom offers a shower-bathtub with toilet, wash basin cabinet and bidet.

Access to the apartment can be gained in two ways - either via the Mascona road or via the Avenida del Saladar as there are two entrances to the building. Access via the Avenida del Saladar is recommended more because there is a great area with parking for your car here.

    “Sehr schöne Lage zentral im Ort, kurzer Weg zum Supermarkt und Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was wir in der Ferienwoche benötigt haben.
    Die Wohnungen sind ein wenig hellhörig, so dass wir den Trittschall aus der darüber liegenden Wohnung deutlich hörten, was uns aber nicht weiter störte.”

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Verfügt über eine gute Raumaufteilung und ist einfach sauber zu halten. Alles, was man so benötigt, ist vorhanden, oder wird kurzfristig besorgt. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Entfernung zu Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs ist sehr kurz. Zum Strand kommt man auch sehr gut und das auf und ab hilft der Fitness. Die Lage ist auch okay, wenn man gezielt etwas fernab vom Massenhotel Urlaub machen möchte und den Charme der Insel genießen mag. Alles in allem war es ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub.”
