Holiday apartment in a quiet location with use of the garden

This superior holiday apartment in Haus Hofsötter is on the outskirts of Mittersill, in a quiet and sunny location, barely a ten-minute walk from the centre. It has its own guest parking area with a car port, a ski basement and a bicycle garage.

All the rooms are well taken care of and generous, with modern furnishing and fittings. The whole apartment has under-floor heating. The ground floor has a living room with cable TV, a radio and a cosy dining corner, as well as a WC and a fully-equipped superior kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, kettle, mixer etc. The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a small room with a double sofa, a bathroom with a shower and bidet, and a separate WC. The basement has a ski cellar, a laundry room with a washing machine and an additional shower. Wireless Internet access is available for your own laptop.

You can share use of the garden and the terrace with garden furniture. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children.

The outdoor pool, indoor pool and ski bus stop are all nearby. Many hiking trails, mountain biking routes and the Pinzgau cycle path can be joined right by the house. It is just five minutes to the Pinzgau cross-country skiing trail and many ski resorts such as the Zillertal Arena, Wildkogel, Kitzbühel and Zell am See/Kaprun are within 30 minutes.

    Zeker om nog eens terug te gaan. Mooie ligging .Bovendien een koel huis bij zeer warm weer.
