These wonderful holiday apartments near Pomaia (600 Metres), a tiny medieval hilltop village at only 13 km from the Tuscan Tyrrhenian sea, are situated in a magical location in touch with nature.

Originally a flour mill, the building has been restored by the owner and converted into 4 comfortable independent apartments.

One of the flats is for the exclusive use of the owner, who spends weekends in this uncontaminated paradise.


A romantic path leads to the stream and to a sheet of water, where it is possible to bathe.

Along the stream there are some gazebos and seats where one can relax and enjoy the nature: sometimes, wild animals come to the river to drink the water, and you can watch them undisturbed.

During the evening, the fireflies surround the house. In the shared garden there are also some fruit trees, as well as a hot tub (open from middle May to end of September) and a veranda to relax, at the guest’s disposal.


These holiday accommodations in Tuscany are the perfect location to spend a relaxing holiday, thanks to the beautiful, large green park at client’s disposal.

    “Das Haus ist wunderschön und auch die Lage ist traumhaft. Das Studio für 2 Personen ist allerdings sehr klein, es wirkte etwas größer auf den Fotos. Dennoch ist es sehr gemütlich und sauber.
    Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist ein Abenteuer, uns hat es aber gefallen.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, einmal brachte man uns Trauben und Tomaten vorbei und es wurde auch immer mal wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Vermieter haben einen lieben Hund, der öfter mal vorbei kam und mit uns auf der Terrasse saß :)
    Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das WLAN. Manchmal konnte man nícht mal Google Maps öffnen, Mails ebenfalls nicht und schon gar nicht etwas auf YouTube anschauen.
    Es ist nicht so wahnsinnig tragisch, aber wenn man es anbietet, sollte es dann auch funktionieren. Wir würden aber trotzdem wiederkommen, denn es war traumhaft dort.”
