"Alexander (LNH220)", 3-room apartment 80 m2, on the ground floor. Bright, practical furnishings: 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with 1 double sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV. Shower/WC. Heating. Carpet. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, mountain railway 40 m, ski lift 1.5 km, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 40 m, ski school 800 m, cross country ski track 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal 3000/Eggalmbahn 40 m, Hintertux 7 km. Please note: object suitable for 6 adults + 2 children. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

    “Super Lage, direkt im Ortskern mit Bäcker über die Straße, Restaurants, Bergbahn, Bushaltestelle und Touristeninfo im Umkreis von 50m. Vom Haus weg gibt es viele Wandermöglichkeiten.
    Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit 2 Schlafzimmern und jeweils separatem Bad. Voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Super Zustand, alles sauber. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Geräumig und reichlich Platz vorhanden.”
