Typical regional house in beautiful surroundings, just a kilometre from a lake

This house is about 17km from the town of Karlskrona in a very quiet location. The house provides its guest with about 80m² of space on two floors and can accommodate up to eight people. The ground floor has a kitchen with a lovely wood-burning stove, crockery and accessories for eight people. It provides everything you need, including a stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The living room provides a fireplace, local TV with films, a video recorder and radio. The upper floor of 40m² comprises two rooms with in total six single beds and one double bed. Down in the living room there is also a leather sofa. You can also lend a baby bed.

A roofed terrace with outdoor furniture, a grill, a sandpit and a swing are provided. There is a private lake with a swimming pool and grill area about 900 metres from the house. The lake has a lot of fish, especially pike, bass and crabs in August. You also have access to a rowing boat.

The house has heating and was completely renovated in 2008. You can borrow a cot if required.

Owing to the quiet location, relaxation and tranquillity are guaranteed, so you can recharge your batteries. You can go on lovely walks in the fields, with old piles of stones and stone walls, forest mushrooms and berries. You can go sports fishing about 3km away. There are shopping facilities 9km away and the wonderful sea is 10km away. It is about 17km to the unique and beautiful town of Karlskrona, a world cultural heritage site, with its lovely town centre, restaurants and many beautiful beaches. There is an 18-hole golf course just 15km away.
