Holiday apartment in Tuscan agriturismo with children's playground and communal pool


This holiday apartment is part of an agriturismo in the middle of green olive groves. It is rurally situated about a kilometre from the village of Montescudaio in the province of Pisa.

The apartment can accommodate up to three people. It consists of a living room with kitchen area, a dining area and a bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed. The accompanying bathroom is pretty spacious.

Satellite TV and heating are included in the apartment.

A private, furnished garden also forms part of this property and allows for sociable dining in the open air.

The communal swimming pool, a children's playground and a parking area are available to all of the Agriturismo's guests. The helpful owners live in the main building.

The farm is quiet, yet centrally located. The most popular tourist destinations of Tuscany as well as the Tyrrhenian coast are all within easy reach. Excursion destinations in the direct area include Bolgheri at 15 km away, Volterra at 35 km away, and the Archaeological Park of Baratti and Populonia at 35 km distance.

    “Tengo a precisare che nella richiesta di prenotazione aveva chiesto se poteva portare 2 cani ,invece si è presentata con 3 cani! AL MOMENTO DELLA PRENOTAZIONE POTEVA CHIEDERE SE LA PROPRIETA è RECINTATA INVECE DI FARE STORIE QUANDO è ARRIVATA . Nella descrizione della casa è specificato che il gas da riscaldamento si paga a consumo sul posto. Una settimana di vacanza a quel prezzo li non so cosa si aspettasse di trovare visto già le foto della casa sul sito quando prenotava. è da molti anni che accolgo con piacere turisti con cani ma giuro uno sporco così non l ho mai trovato. Cara Signora alla sua partenza quando sono entrata in giardino e dopo in casa ho fatto delle foto , peccato che non si possano pubblicare. Man hatte das Gefühl, als ob man sich schon länger kennen würde und auch tierlieb, das war sehr schön, da wir mit unserem Hundemädchen dort waren.     “Die Ferienwohnung liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Straße, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und betreibt einen Biohof mit eigenen Weinen und Olivenöl, die Wohnung kann ich nur weiterempfehlen - sehr sauber.
    Wir waren im November unterwegs und die Heizung war schön warm, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet
    Gasherd, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, ohne Spülmaschine und ohne Backofen. Keine weiteren Nebenkosten und ein sehr günstiger Preis. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtuch, Endreinigung und Heizkosten inklusive, die Lage ideal für Ausflüge und nur 12 km von der Küste entfernt. Die Vermieterin spricht ein wenig Englisch.”
