    “Eine zauberhafte Altbauwohnung; gemütlich, frei von Kitsch, perfekt ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für 7 Personen unserer Meinung nach nicht geeignet, denn zwei Personen müssten sich im Wohn-Ess-Bereich auf die umzubauende Schlafcouch
    legen, aber für Familien mit bis zu drei Kindern, welche sich ein großes Etagenbett in einem supergemütlichen Zimmer teilen mögen perfekt. Die Eltern dürfen in einem traumhaften Himmelbett schlafen...

    Die Kochnische ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Incl. Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Wasch-u. Spülmaschine etc. Alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll! Ebenso ist das Badezimmer blitzsauber u. hübsch.

    Das Gebäude an sich bräuchte von außen einen Anstrich und hier und da neuen Putz und schreckt im ersten Moment ab, aber sobald man die Wohnung betritt weiß man, dass man alles richtig gemacht hat!

    Die Lage ist perfekt! Mit wenigen Schritten ist man am Meer oder in der Stadt, mitten im Geschehen und trotzdem liegt die Wohnung ruhig in einer Nebenstraße.”

    Ein Schlafzimmer mit Schrank und CD-Radio, Wohnzimmer mit Couch/Tisch/TV/DVD-Player, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Fenster, weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Hochbett (oben eine Person/unten zwei möglich) und die Küche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschien etc. voll ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert und sehr sehr schön eingerichtet. Parken kann man gut vor dem Haus in der ruhigen Straße.”
