Holiday Apartment in Punta Ala with Private Parking and Rear View

This first class villa lies on the cape of Punta Ala, and offers a panoramic sea view as well as direct, private access to the rocks.

Access to the villa, which is furnished in '70s' style, consists of a convenient staircase with about fifty steps, which runs through the beautiful Mediterranean macchia. The villa is divided into two floors. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a terrace overlooking the gulf of Punta Ala, one with two single beds, and another one with a double bed and access to the garden and the rear view area. From here you have a view of the islands of Elba, Montecristo and Giglio, and access to the rocky coast. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a large shower cubicle, wash basin, bidet, WC and a window overlooking the sea. On the lower floor are the entrance, another small bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin. There is also a large living room with a sofa, an armchair, a dining table and a cupboard with a minibar. There is a 32" LCD TV with satellite reception and Sky decoder (Sky customers can use their own card), as well as a well-stocked video library with DVDs. Furthermore, there is a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the electrical appliances.

In the outdoor area is a terrace of about 20 m² in size, which can be reached via the kitchen or the living room. It is equipped with an electric awning, table, chairs and deck chairs. In addition, it is surrounded by a low wall, which can also be used as a seating area. There is a barbecue and private parking area for one car. Further cars can be parked on the street.

The maximum occupancy is eight people, children (also infants) included. Infants can either sleep in a cot or single bed, which can be equipped with child safety bars. The Internet connection is established Wi-Fi.

The villa is located close (three minutes by car) to the long sandy beach, the harbour, the shopping centre and the picturesque golf course with 18 holes.

    “Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Sauberkeit war nicht wirklich gegeben. Lage: Die Strandnähe wurde in der Beschreibung mit 50 Stufen angegeben, tatsächlich gilt es 315 Stufen zu bewältigen. Der Strand ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Gastronomie: Alle Restaurants in der Umgebung sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar.”
