The apartments RUE MON 037 (3 persons) and RUE MON 038 (5 persons) can be booked together. The owner lives permanently in the house. The facilities are at your disposal for common use. Relax outdoor at the terrace with pavilon, parasol and garden furniture. The playground with swing makes children's hearts beat faster. Barbecue possibilities are available.
Your holiday apartment: Your studio offers 1 floor, 1 room, is 36 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 persons. On colder days your studio can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is on the 1st floor and leads over 6 steps directly in the kitchen. The rooms are divided as follows: Living/bedroom with 1 double bed and at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler.
