Beautiful private villa with pool in Le Marche and it's set on a hill where the old village of Mondavio rises, the ideal destination for comfort holidays. Close to the town centre and at only 18 km from the Adriatic coast, this farmhouse meets the needs of every kind of tourist. The fine view over the green hills and the Adriatic sea is only one of the things that will make your stay unforgettable. The property, which is entirely fenced-in, has a large garden and olive groves. At the exclusive use of the guests a panoramic salt water pool with Roman stairs and a porch equipped with table, chairs and outdoor sofas, directly connected to the living room.

The property is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen, a wide living room with direct access to the porch ideal to eat together in the open air, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a laundry area. The first floor is composed of a large living room with fireplace, kitchenette with access to the terrace, a double room, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with French bed and a single bed, bathroom with tub.

MONDAVIO
The town of Mondavio rises on a hill at 280 metres above sea level and it offers splendid views over the Adriatic sea (only 18 km far) and the Apennines. The territory is located between two river important rivers: Metauro and Cesano. The beautiful historic centre is among the best preserved in Le Marche region.
TO VISIT
The fortress of Mondavio (Rocca Roveresca), built between the 1482 and the 1492, is an absolute masterpiece of Renaissance military architecture. It represented an impregnable fortress and a defence weapon for the whole territory.
This fortress also houses the Museum of Historic Commemoration, set up in 1966 and organized in 8 different areas that present the visitors a return to the daily routine of a Renaissance fortress.
The theatre of Apollo dates back to the end of XVIII cen. and was made from the existing ex-church dedicated to San Filippo Neri. The building was completely renewed in 1887 and is now a authentic treasure.
Worth of visit is also the Civic Museum that houses paintings and furnishings mostly coming from religious buildings.
Another lap of the tour should be the Cloister of St Francis that was built by tradition to St Francis of Assisi's will, on the occasion of his visit to Mondavio in XIII cen.
