Holiday house near the lake with free use of a bicycle and rowing boat
This is a wooden house of a high standard for six to a maximum of seven people, near the lake. Welcome to the spacious newly built wooden house ‘Poezja’ near Gizycko. Your holiday house is concealed behind trees at the gateway to the old settlement Pierkunowo, right behind the expanse of fields that border it.
The house was completed in 2013. The ground floor has a shower room and an open, fully-equipped kitchen. It also has a large living and dining room with a fireplace stove. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The big leisure room on the upper floor with a large satellite TV provides plenty of space in bad weather. There are also two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a daylight bathroom with a bath and shower.
A large and roofed terrace is available on the lawn in the garden area, along with a grill area and a boules alley. The large site is surrounded by a high fence, so your car is secure and children can play freely. The large terrace affords a wonderful view over the whole site and from the balcony you can spot many sailing boats on the nearby Kissain Lake. There is garden furniture on the terrace. The boules alley, a table tennis table, a pool table and a basketball basket provide entertainment. Five bicycles and a rowing boat made of aluminium for four people at the nearby lakeshore can be used free of charge.
The extensive site has a further wooden house in a mountain chalet style to let (property number 491142) for up to five guests. If you would like to bring your pet, then please enquire and provide details at the time of booking (race, size…).
The nearby sandy beach is also suitable for small chilren (flatly shelved for 50 metres until it reaches swimming depth). The clear water is supposed to be among the cleaning in the area. You can even find crabs in it. The sunsets will draw amateur photographers. You can enjoy memorable evenings by the crackling campfire. The bilingual owner Renata has returned to this area and is happy to assist with any queries and to provide advice as a local travel guide. She can accompany you on trips and cycle tours and support you linguistically or with any problems during your stay. You can experience colourful sunset over the Kissain Lake just 100 metres away, over some neighbouring gardens. There are many tourist amenities in Gizycko 5km away. There are buses five times a day from the nearby general shop, where fresh bread rolls are available from 6am and which is open daily until 8pm, well-stocked with everyday essentials. It is a leisurely walk to Gizycko through the nearby forest, along the lake and the canal, taking about an hour.
