Ferienwohnungen in einem antiken Haus in einer historischen Ortschaft am Comer See
In der zauberhaften Piazzetta der Dorfkirche von Molina, steht das Ferienhaus, das seinen Namen der mittelalterlichen Ortschaft verdankt, in der es steht. Molina ist einer der vier Ortsteile der Gemeinde von Faggeto Lario, die am Ostufer des Comer Sees, auf der Straße in Richtung Bellagio liegt und nur 10km von Como entfernt.
Das Haus, das im 18. Jahrhundert gebaut worden ist, wurde restauriert und beherbergt ein Restaurant, eine Bar und der Ferienwohnungen, die seit dem Ende der Arbeiten im Mai 2010 verfügbar sind. Das Haus verfügt über einen Eingang mit einer Steintreppe, die zu allen Wohnungen führt. Jede Wohnung ist mit einem Kamin, einem Fernseher, einem DVD-Player und einer Stereoanlage ausgestattet. In jeder Küche gibt es die nötigen Utensilien, wie Geschirr, Kochgeschirr, Küchentücher und Tischdecken.
Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher können den Gästen zur Verfügung gestellt werden oder von zu Haus mitgebracht werden. Es ist möglich, den Service des Restaurants und der Bar in Anspruch zu nehmen, sowie Zimmerservice zu beantragen (Wünsche und Kosten sind direkt mit den Betreibern des Restaurants und der Bar zu vereinbaren).
Mit dem Auto kann man schnell den Strand des Comer Sees erreichen, wo man Wasserski fahren kann. In Molina gibt es einen Lebensmittelladen, zwei Restaurants, eine Pizzeria und einen Konditor. Die nächsten Supermärkte liegen in Como. Man kann Touren mit dem Mountain Bike, Reitausflüge oder Spaziergänge auf den eingezeichneten Wegen unternehmen. Touristisch interessante Orte in der Nähe sind: Orrido di Nesso, die Sternwarte von Pian del Tivano, Bellagio und Como. Eine Bank und eine Apotheke liegen in den Nachbarorten.

On request it is possible to cater for a further person in the living area where there is a sofa bed with a single bed that can be pulled out. The apartment also provides free WLAN internet access.
The apartment has three small balconies that are not furnished.
