Room in an annex building with a double bed and a bunk bed

This guest room is in a house in a quiet location at the foot of Kottmar (583m, source of the Spree).

The house also has holiday apartments. The four-bed room measuring 30m² is in an annex to the house. It consists of a combined living room and bedroom with a flatscreen TV, a radio, wireless Internet access, a double bed and a stable double bunk bed. In the corner there are a little dining table and a sitting corner with a fold-out sofa. There is a cooking facility and the room has a fridge. There is a separate shower room with a WC.

A communal leisure room is available with a pool table and a balcony. Bicycles are available for hire, also for children. There are plenty of parking spaces by the house. There is a flower and vegetable garden by the house, as well as a little parrot breeding facility. There is an adjoining large playing lawn (500m²) with a table tennis table and fruit trees, as well as a sitting corner for guests with garden furniture, a grill area and play equipment. On the west side of the house there is a terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun.
