    “Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer nicht anfahrbaren Fußgängerzone. Das Gepäck muss von einem Parkplatz mit eingeschränktem Halteverbot (Parkdauer max. 45 min.) ca. 400 m durch die Fußgängerzone bis zur Wohnung getragen werden. Die Parkgebühren auf dem 2 km entfernten öffentlichen Parkplatz betragen 40,00 EUR pro Woche.

    Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ, gemessen an der Höhe der Endreinigungsgebühr von 112,00 EUR, stark zu wünschen übrig (Müll vom Vormieter unter der Spüle, Geschirr verunreinigt, Wohnung stark verstaubt, in den Kleiderschränken hing noch Kleidung von Vormietern oder vom Vermieter, Fußböden nicht sauber, in der Waschmaschine stand nach faulen Eiern riechendes Wasser).
