Holiday House in Santanyí with Private Parking and Beautiful View

The accommodation is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature. The country house has been completely renovated in the style of the original Majorcan design and the brickwork has been exposed.

On the 80 sqm floor is the living-dining room with sofa bed and TV with satellite reception as well as digital terrestial television and free WIFI, two bedrooms with double beds and fitted cupboards, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, among others.

The spacious terrace with its beautiful view is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a grill/barbecue.

The holiday home is located in a quiet field near the fishing village of Porto Petro and is surrounded by almond tree fields and sheep pastures. It therefore offers a wonderful place to relax and unwind from everyday stress.
Porto Petro is a quiet fishing village that invites you to take walks, and spend time in cafes and restaurants overlooking the harbour. Trips are also organised from here to the beautiful south-east coast with its small and beautiful bays. Directly next to the holiday home is the edge of the Mondragó Nature Park, which invites excursions. A few kilometres away, two quiet and delightful sandy beaches surrounded by pine trees can be found.

The Santanyí weekly market is less than 4 km away and offers local products from the region. Restaurants, shopping possibilities, supermarkets and a pharmacy can be found in the centre of the town.

    “Historisches Natursteinhaus, innen bauartbedingt etwas dunkel, in ruhiger Lage, von der wenig befahrenen Straße abgeschirmt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Sehr gute Betten. Alle nötigen Kochutensilien vorhanden. Haushaltswaren u. Lebensmittel müssen komplett selbst besorgt werden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden aber kein Wechselservice. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Bitte keine Lebensmittel offen herumstehen lassen, da das Haus ein Ameisenproblem hat, zumindest in der Küche. Die Gartenliegen sind nicht zu gebrauchen, da durchgelegen. Im Vergleich zu unseren bisher gebuchten Ferienhäusern durchschnittlich bis gut.”

    Aufenthalt.
    Sehr ruhige Umgebung aber trotzdem zentral gelegen. Sehr netter Vermieter.

    “Zur Ausstattung:
    Die Küchenausstatung ist relativ vollständig, es ist soweit alles da, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Die kleine Filterkaffeemaschine ist praktisch unbenutzbar, aber das macht die vorhandene Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine wieder wett.
    In Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind relativ leise Klimaanlagen verbaut. Das Wifi ist ausreichend fürs Surfen oder das Schreiben von E-Mails, das Streaming von Videos ist problematisch.


    Zur Lage:
    die Lage am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes Mondragó ist wunderschön, bis zum nächsten Strand sind es ca 4 KM, bis zu den nächsten Supermärkten (Eroski, Lidl) knapp 7 KM.
    Der Garten ist sehr groß und zur Straße hin blickdicht umzäunt, Privatsphäre ist garantiert. Die Terasse ist von einer relativ durchlässigen Pergola aus Zweigen überspannt,
    ein Sonnenschirm wäre hier eine sinnvolle Ergänzung. Auf Grund der etwas abgelegenen Lage empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen.


    Zustand:
    Wunderschöne, alte Finka (ca 1750) in Top-Zustand. Alle Geräte sind modern und funktionieren.


    Sauberkeit:
    Bei Übernahme sauber. Während unseres 11-tägigen Aufenthalts wurden Handtücher und Bettzeug einmal gewechselt.


    Presiwürdigkeit:
    Definitiv seinen Preis wert.”

    “Heerlijk rustig gelegen, lekker grote tuin met veel ruimte. Vriendelijke huisbaas. Veel privacy. De WiFi is snel genoeg om tv te kijken, maar niet stabiel. Valt soms uit en soms erg langzaam. Het bed is wat hard, maar slaapt goed. Heerlijke airco ( ik mis hem nu al). Het kookgerei kan wat uitgebreider. Het koffiezetapparaat moest eerst ontzout en ontkalkt worden. Het leidingwater smaakt zout en is niet te drinken. Een parasol misten we ook, de pergola laat nog veel zonlicht door.”
