Holiday apartment with balcony outside Florence with good transport connections
This apartment is located in Scandicci, a quiet and good residential area just outside of Florence. The centre of the metropolis can be reached by tram in only 10 minutes.
The apartment is comfortable and can accommodate up to six people in a living space of 75 m². It is located on the fifth floor and offers great views of the surrounding mountains and the city of Florence. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and an additional single bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer. At the centre of the apartment is a large living room with a couch that can be converted into a sofa bed for two people. An extra bed can be placed here if needed. There is also a (Dell Optiplex) PC and a television with satellite channels. Air conditioning and Internet access are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. It provides access to a balcony and is located towards the back of the house, overlooking the garden.
The apartment is very sunny and has two balconies with views of the mountains.
Hot water is provided by a large boiler. The air conditioner can also be used as a heater. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.
The accommodation is in a good area and restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a supermarket and a shopping centre, can be reached on foot in just minutes. The bus stop for the connection to Florence is only about 150 metres away. A visit to the cities of Pisa, Livorno, Lucca and Siena can be made by train or car. There are also only 100 metres to the Castle dell'Acciaiolo and the pedestrian precinct with its many shops - mainly clothing but also other stores. The centre of Florence is approximately five kilometers away.
