Peaceful atmosphere in the country, away from the traffic and noise of most touristic sites. Wonderful view on all the surrounding valleys.

It is perfectly located if you wish to go for a walk on the mountains or spend your time on the beach. Tourist information are available at the house and the owners (that doesn't live in the house) will be pleased to help you and provide any information you need during your stay. Sandy beach at only 20 km and Gran Sasso National Park at 30. Your best choice if you like to vist little old town, churches and abbey all around.

Casa Monteverde Rural Resort is the ideal place to recover from stress, surrounded by a large grassy area with old olive trees the apartment has its own terrace with view over the mountains and the valley to the sea.


Monteverde Rural Resort is mutch more than an ordinary vacation home. A NO KIDS AREA (Only 25+) consisting of three rooms in the warehouses of the house (Relax room, Massage room, Lisure room) has been used for recreation and relaxation, to which only adult tourists are allowed to fully enjoy the tranquility and well-being.

Geen duidelijke afspraken over waarborgregeling. Slaapkamer beneden niet toegankelijk.
