This cozy, tastefully furnished vacation home on two levels with private pool and views of Lake Trasimeno is located about 1 km from the small lakeside town of San Feliciano. The vacation home is ideal for relaxing days on the lake, where you will find equipped beaches everywhere, or for visiting the pretty, characteristic, small towns of Cortona, Castiglione del Lago, Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia and Assisi, all of which are in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached by car. From the kitchen of your vacation home you can access a covered terrace with barbecue, where you can enjoy your meals outside. The two floors are not connected internally and only an external staircase leads to the upper floor. Therefore, this vacation home is also ideal for groups of friends who want to spend their vacations together, but at the same time maintain a certain level of privacy.

    “Unsauber im Erdgeschoss. Geschirr oben nicht vorhanden. Abzugshauben komplett verdreckt. Plastikmöbel zum Teil kaputt. Von 3 Liegen am Pool eine defekt. Die Sitzmöbel sind unmöglich. Im Raum, wo die Waschmaschine steht, war es nicht auszuhalten: Feucht, Gestank. Schimmelig! Das Bad im Erdgeschoss war am Fenster total verspakt und feucht mit abgebröckeltem Putz an der Wand. Die Duschkabine schmutzig und schimmelig. Die Räume sind fast alle in dunklem Weinrot gestrichen - schrecklich. Die "Fernseher" waren ein absoluter Witz! Die waren vor 20 Jahren mal annehmbar - kleine Röhrenkästen.. so einen TV hatte ich als Kind in meinem Zimmer. Die Lage mit Blick auf den See ist Traumhaft; der Pool war das absolute Highlight.. In der "Wohnsiedlung" überall Hunde die fast den ganzen Tag gebellt und gelärmt haben. Unsere Hündin hat sich davon Gott sei Dank nicht anstecken lassen.
