Unser Haus Sandra mit seinen 4 Ferienwohnungen ist zentral, aber dennoch ruhig in der Hafenstadt Sassnitz gelegen.Der Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Ostsee und die Strandpromenade sind nur 250 Meter entfernt. Das Haus wurde in den Jahren 2022 komplett modernisiert und neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Zur ebenerdig, rechts gelegenen Ferienwohnung "Poseidon" gehört eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Blick in den Garten. Sie erwarten eine großzügig geschnittene Wohnküche, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett - für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kleinstkind - sowie ein modernes Duschbad.Die neue, voll ausgestattete Einbauküche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Elektroherd (Cerankochfeld, 4 Platten), Backofen, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und elektrischer Wasserkocher. Dazu ein Esstisch mit 4 Sitzplätzen und Blick in den Garten.Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie als Gäste im Haus Sandra begrüßen zu dürfen.
Hunde mit einer max. Höhe von 30 cm sind auf Anfrage erlaubt.Anlässlich der überproportional gestiegenen Energiekosten für Heizung und Elektroenergie müssen wir leider in der Zeit vom 01.11. - 30.04. einen Zuschlag von2,50 EUR/Tag (Wochenpreis 17,50 EUR) erheben.
