Well-equipped, comfortable chalet with a big balcony and a panoramic view, not far from the Les Sybelles ski resort
This completely detached chalet is on a south-facing slope. It is just 8km or 10 minutes from the Corbier and La Toussuire skiing areas in the Les Sybelles ski resort and from the town of St Jean de Maurienne. In front of the house there is a big natural meadow and you can enjoy a magnificent panorama of the mountain massif and the Aiguilles d’Arves.
The comfortable holiday house with two floors and 55m² of living space can accommodate six to a maximum of eight people. The wooden panelling on the walls and the fireplace create a cosy and romantic atmosphere. The ground floor provides ample space to store equipment and there is a heated stand for drying shoes. The first floor has a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a TV, a stereo system and a DVD player. Here you can watch an exciting film, read a good book after skiing or spend a romantic evening in front of the cosy fireplace. The living room also has a big table with chairs for dining. It has an adjoining, well-equipped, modern kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. The bathroom provides a washbasin, shower and WC. The second floor has three bedrooms, two each with a double bed (140 x 190cm) and a big cupboard, with access to a balcony with a magnificent open view of the surrounding landscape. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (2 x80 x 190cm) and a dresser. On this floor there is also a little lounge. The house has electric radiators and a fireplace in the living room.
The chalet has a big balcony and a terrace with tables and six chairs. There is a garage and there are three parking spaces.
Within an hour by car from the house you can get to the whole Maurienne valley, the winter sports resorts, the mythical mountain passes of the Tour de France, Italy and Vanoise National Park. It takes ten minutes to get to a range of leisure activities, depending on the season in the mountains. In winter you can discover the ski pistes and cross-country trails, or in summer the hiking and mountain biking trails. It is a 25-minute drive via Orelle to get to the largest ski resort in the world – Les Trois Vallées.
