The apartment is on the first floor and has a balcony facing south and west, with summer sunshine into the late evening.



The apartment consists of a big living room with access to the furnished southwest-facing balcony, as well as a high-quality sofa bed for two children, a flatscreen TV with cable channels, a DVD/CD player and tuner, a dresser and two armchairs. There are board games, a small selection of DVDs and a couple of children’s books available, to entertain children if the weather is inclement. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, an alarm clock, a TV and DVD player and a big wardrobe. The separate, built-in kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking and eating, such as a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a convection oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, coffee machine, kettle,toaster, kitchen radio. The bathroom is fitted with a rain shower, washbasin, WC and underfloor heating. You can use a washing machine and dryer in the cellar.



There is a separate bicycle shed, as well as an outdoor parking space about 100 metres away. There is a parking space right by the house for loading and unloading the car. All sizes of car can be parked near the house.

    “Die Lage am Wald ist sehr schön und perfekt für Gäste mit Hund. Die Wohnung bietet einen alles was man braucht auch für den Hund ist alles vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und modern. Der Strand und das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein eigener PKW Stellplatz ist auch da. Wir würden immer wieder die Wohnung mieten.”
