The house is located in a recreation centre, Hainrode in 'Teichtal' and is situated on a hillside with splendid views. There are two paved parking spaces for you. The terrace is large, sunny and enjoys a wonderful view. From the terrace you enter the living area with open kitchen and counter. A dining table is also provided. The fireplace which contributes to the cosy atmosphere in the living area has two leather sofas. On this floor there is a separate toilet, as well as the children's bedroom with two beautiful bright solid wooden beds corner. From the living room a staircase leads you to the ground floor, where the bedroom with double bed, bathroom and a tool-storage room are located. From the ground floor there is an exit door to the double parking area.
