    “The house is very nice, new and well furnished. Two toilets. All was very nicely cleaned despite many tricky corners. Mosquitenet present in all windows which were super nice. Three AirCondition units is presents in the house, one in each room.

    Equipment and furniture is working fine and is newer than what is depicted in the pictures. The owner is a very nice lady who speaks German fairly good is very helpful and supplies home-grown vegetables now and then.

    The surroundings of the house is a bit misleading on the pictures. The grass garden is a parking lot where 4-5 cars was constantly parked in three rows,which left almost no garden for playing or with large risk for damaging cars. The barbeque grill is present but is situated on the rearside of the other house (in the owners backyard) so the only space you have for playing with the kids is the graveled area in front of the house. The open field next door (depicted on google maps) is extra parking lot for the beach.

    “The house and the landlord are great. We got some nice tomatoes, fruits from the garden and even once a cake!

    The airconditioning for 10€ a day is costly and should be free of charge because yes, you will need airconditioning, simply due to the poor isolation of the building.”
