Apartment near the old town with sea view

The apartment is located on island Ciovo, just 600 meters from the old town of Trogir, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage list.

It is located on the 2nd floor and spreads over 60m² with 2 private balconies. There are also 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. The living room is large with a kitchen, we also have a work desk for a business corner if you have to work during the holidays. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a fridge with freezer, coffee maker, cooker, hot plates, everything you need to store and serve food, for a better vacation you have a dishwasher. Of course you also have a large screen smart tv, satellite channels, wifi covered throughout the space.

One balcony positioned and covered so that there is shade all day long, you can enjoy the view of the old town of Trogir, the surrounding hills and the sea. The second balcony is on the back of the house, you have your privacy and you can sunbathe on it all day long.

Also apartment has one private parking space.

Most our guests do not use the car, parked them on arrival and all the necessities (beach, shops, bakery, restaurant, city, bars, disco) is a 5-10 minute walk distance.Distance from Split airport - 6 km.Ornithological and ichthyological nature reserve "Pantan" - 3.5 km.Beach - 350m.Bakery 200m.Shop - 350m.Supermarket LIDL - 3 km.Supermarket Kaufland -3km.

    “Eine sehr hübsche Wohnung, die sehr sauber war.Wie angegeben war alles vorhanden. Das Auto kann man nur stehen lassen, weil alles sehr eng ist. Wir sind nur zu Fuß gegangen. In 10 Minuten hat man den Strand erreicht und in 15 Minuten das Zentrum. Nur der Rückweg ist beschwerlich, weil man nur Bergauf geht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.”

    “Das Haus war sehr sauber, Bettdecken haben super gerochen. Als Balkonaussicht war das Meer mit den Bergen im Hintergrund einfach genial für den Preis, absolut in Ordnung. Der Mieter war sehr gastfreundlich, sehr nette Leute.”

    “Das Objekt entspricht auf jeden Fall den was im Angebot angeboten wird es ist eine saubere und schöne Ferienwohnung, allein der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer ist einfach nur traumhaft. Vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss ist es auch in Ordnung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und freuen uns aufs nächste Jahr schon. Ein Lidl ist 3km entfernt, aber auch kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, 100m von der Unterkunft gibt es einen kleinen Bäcker mit vielen kleinen Süßwaren.”
