The apartment is in a quiet district of Umag.
It is on the ground floor of the building and consists of two bedrooms each with a double bed, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with a bath.
Outside there is a 15m² roofed terrace with a table and chairs, for dining outdoors. There are also three parking spaces. There is a beautiful garden in front of the house.
Bed linen is changed weekly. Towels are not provided. The apartment has a wireless Internet connection.
The apartment is a minute’s walk from the nearby concrete beach and the rocky beach with showers. It is a three-minute walk to the sandy beach, which is also suitable for wheelchair users. The centre with restaurants and all other services is also just a three-minute walk away.
