In dem Ferienhausgebiet stehen ca. 30 Häuser. Rings herum finden Sie Wald und Wasser. Zum Einkaufen sind es ca. 8 km bis nach Rheinsberg. Der nächste Bäcker ist ca. 1 km entfernt.
WLAN steht nur in Haus 8 zur Verfügung!
Holiday house with a terrace, near the lake
The property is on two floors. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and WC. The ground floor has a living room with an integrated kitchen, a bathroom with a sauna, shower and WC and a laundry room with a washing machine. The first bedroom is furnished with a water bed (180 x 200cm) and a TV with Wi-Fi, the second bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm), while the third has two single beds (90 x 200cm). The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with a ceramic hob and oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, Senseo and dining corner. The living room provides a modern sofa suite, satellite TV, a stereo system and a DVD player.
Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and a grill. There is parking space on site for one car and further cars can be parked on a communal parking area. The site is not fully fenced in. The house is detached. From October two bicycles are available for use free of charge. Bicycle storage space is available.
Internet access is available free of charge (VDSL50), as well as a travel bed and a table and chair for small children. Utility costs such as electricity, gas and water are included in the rental price. The local spa tax and final cleaning are included in the total price when booking through Atraveo.
It is about 100 metres to the lake, with flatly shelved access to the water, ideal for smaller children. There is a designated non-swimmer area. There is also a jetty at the lake with a swimming ladder. It is worth seeing the town Rheinsberg with the castle and porcelain manufacturing.
