Finca with garden plot and sea views

The standig individually finca, built in 1900 and renovated in 2015 is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower and garden furniture. Hammock. The owner offering local guided walks.

Location
Garafia, 360 m above sea level. The finca is located on a 10000 sqm, open garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. There are olive trees citrus trees and various tropical fruit trees. The finca made of lava stone and Teaholz (Canary pine) was renovated in years of work, with great attention to detail, by the landlord biologically. During the renovation, many materials were recycled, specially selected and processed: red clay for paints, old wood for furniture and support structures, as well as red bricks, which were formerly burned directly on site for roofing. seasonal fruits and vegetables, dogs, cats and happy chickens live in the country and lay fresh eggs for us every day. Coastal location with a phenomenal view of the Atlantic and the mountains. Ground floor: Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with dining area (6 seats), gas stove (4 flames), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), electric kettle and access to the terrace.
1st floor: Living room with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, sitting area, TV, fireplace and access to the terrace (together with common room). Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, 1 sink, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and Floor heating.

    “Auftanken pur! Ein sehr schönes, baubiologisch restauriertes Bauernhaus, traumhafter Meerblick gen Westen auf der einen Terrasse (Abendessen!), eine weitere Terrasse vor der Küche bietet Meerblick und Schatten. Auf einer dritten Terrasse kann man sich sonnen oder in der Hängematte entspannen. Die Küche ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was es zum Kochen braucht, inklusive Zauberstab! Die weiteren Räume sind ebenfalls gemütlich eingerichtet, das große Schlafzimmer hat ebenfalls Meerblick. En Highlight ist das helle Wannenbad mit Glasdach. Dort kann man beim Baden den klaren Sternenhimmel bewundern.

    Das Haus ist von einem großen Grundstück umgeben, bepflanzt mit mediterranen und tropischen Gewächsen wie Bananen, Mangos, Papayas, Mandel-und Olivenbäumen u.v.a.m. Aber auch viele verschiedene Gemüse und Kräuter werden von den beiden Vermietern angebaut, die man von ihnen ganz frisch erwerben kann. Geschmack und Qualität insgesamt sind einfach "toll"! Die beiden Selbstversorger lassen nicht nur an ihrem großen Wissensfundus über Pflanzen, Geschichte der Insel, Ausflugsziele usw. teilhaben, sie können aus der Nachbarschaft auch herrlichen Honig, Avocados (Produkte der Region je nach Jahreszeit) und frisch hergestellten Ziegenkäse besorgen. Um den Ferienservice zu vervollständigen, backt Der Vermieter auf Wunsch Brot, kocht oder bietet seine Kompetenz als Wanderführer an und berät gemeinsam mit seiner Frau, bei diversen Gesundheitsproblemen, welche Heilkräuter in Frage kommen. WiFi ist vorhanden und wird bei Bedarf eingeschaltet.”

    “Für 4 Personen die kein Bedürfnis haben geurlaubt zu werden. Liebevoll renoviertes Bauernhaus mit allem notwendigem (und zumindest was das Bad betrifft [Glasgedeckt, "Sonnenbaden" bekommt eine ganz andere Bedeutung] exquisitem Komfort) . Die Vermieter (seit über 30 Jahren auf der Insel) betreiben biologisch den Hof, unterstützt von 2 Hunden und momentan 5 Katzen. Unaufdringlich jedoch jederzeit bereit, die Gäste mit den Produkten (subtropischer Zaubergarten) zu versorgen aber auch mit Infos nicht sparsam sind. Gut zu Fuß sollte man sein.”
