On this pretty property in Makarska, there are two houses with a swimming pool which are at guests' disposal. The upper house with the swimming pool is nicely and functionally furnished. The floors are connected by external stairs. Bedrooms are located on upper floors, while the ground floor houses a nice large kitchen and living space. The second house is modern and nicely furnished. The spacious living space and the terrace are situated in the attic, while bedrooms are on the lower floor and are connected by internal stairs. The living rooms of both houses as well as the swimming pool are all on the same level and are connected by a terrace. From the terrace, there is an unforgettable panoramic view on the middle-Dalmatian islands and the sea, while from behind the house there is also a beautiful view on the Biokovo mountain and its protected nature park. The pretty terrace and the swimming pool are located in an old olive grove, in the pleasant ambience connecting the sea and mountains. The house is situated in natural surroundings on a hilly terrain above Makarska.
