This old stone holiday home is situated in peaceful location, in a small place Podobuce, away from city's hustle and bustle. The beautiful terrace on the first floor has a panoramic sea view. The house is well equipped and the interiors are furnished in traditional style. The thick stone walls guarantee pleasant temperature during the summer heat. The lovely terrace on the ground floor, covered with grapevine and equipped with a barbeque, will be a perfect place for unwinding and a nice swimming pool for a refreshing dip. The nearby small path leads to a beautiful beach, ideal also for children. Car parking space is available ca.50 m away from the house. The house owner offers a 3-m long rowing boat, free of charge.
