Nice House in Ses Cadenes with Private Pool

Welcome to our fantastic finca SON VERI with space for up to 6 people, 250 m2 of living space, more than 70,000 m2 of dream plot and private 7 m x 4 m saltwater swimming pool.


The house has recently been restored and is in a beautiful location in full contact with nature. In the adjacent fields there are sheep, horses and a variety of native bird species.


This is one of unfortunately only a few typical Mallorcan country fincas that is still managed as a family tradition. Therefore, the owner is often on site to take care of feeding the animals and always make sure everything is going well. Our guests often enjoy fresh farm eggs! Oranges and lemon trees also provide a healthy vitamin boost for breakfast!


The Finca SON VERI has three bedrooms (2 x double bed, 1 x with single beds, all with their own air conditioning) and two complete bathrooms with shower. An additional bathroom with shower is located at the pool area.


On the ground floor there is the large living room with a long dining table, the kitchen opposite, which is equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher, one of the bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms. There is of course WiFi internet, satellite TV and also a grill. From the entrance hall you can reach the upper floor via a staircase where the second bedroom is laid out like an open gallery and the third bedroom behind it is also where the second bathroom is located.


It is worth mentioning a museum room dedicated to the preservation of tools and objects from Mallorca's oldest rural tradition. The property is less than 10 minutes' drive from Llucmajor and the capital Palma, whose harbor and historic center are well worth seeing. The weekly market takes place every Friday. One of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Es Trenc can be reached quickly via the motorway connection. From there you can visit the island of Cabrera or other beautiful beaches such as Colonia de Sant Jordi, Ses Covetes and Cala Pi. For golf lovers, a 10-minute drive takes us to the Son Antem and Maioris courses

    “Tolle Finca mit kleinen Einschränkungen und leider fragwürdiger Hundehaltung, die Tierfreunde traurig stimmt. Positiv: Tolle Lage, sehr schöner Pool, tolle gepflegte supersaubere Finca mit schöner Einrichtung
    Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Negativ: Die Außenbeleuchtung hatte einen Defekt.
    Entweder hatte man außen Licht oder in der Finca.
    Zusammen funktionierte es nicht.(Sicherungen)
    Die Finca wurde mit Klimaanlage angeboten, es gab aber nur große Deckenventilatoren.
    Was wir als Tierliebhaber besonders traurig fanden, war die Haltung eines sehr jungen und kontaktbedüftigen Hundes.
    Er saß in einem Zwinger und es kümmerte sich anscheinend niemand artgerecht um ihn.(Der ganze Zwinger war voller Hundehaufen)
    Wir haben diesen überaus freundlichen kleinen Hund einmal rausgelassen und er sprang wegen der Freiheit begeistert über‘s Gelände. Da wir uns um ihn sorgten, fragten wir wer sich um ihn kümmert.
    Am nächsten Tag wurde er abgeholt und wir sahen ihn nicht mehr wieder.
    Wir hoffen einfach, dass es ihm gut geht.”

    “Zoals ook vermeld ligt het huis iets achteraf. Maar daardoor wel lekker rustig. Het huis is schoon. De keuken voldoet. Glazen en bekers mogen wat aangevuld worden. De keuken tafel binnen is vrij klein, maar deze hebben wij niet gebruikt. Airco bijgeboekt en dat is wel nodig. Op twee slaapkamers airco, op 1 niet. En die was 's avonds wel (te) warm. Heerlijke tuin, waar de wilde pauwen dwars door heen liepen. Schoon zwembad. Werd twee keer per week door de eigenaar schoongemaakt.. Heel relaxte man. Internet was uitstekend. Auto noodzakelijk.”

    “Haus ist wirklich sehr groß, Küche schön mit großem Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Geschirr verbesserungswürdig. Einrichtung andere Räume eher einfach aber ok. Sauberkeit war gut. Aussicht von Balkon zur Straße grandios, alles da Meerblick. Sonnenaufgang, leider zu klein zum Frühstück mit Familie, aber groß genug zum sitzen wenn man nebeneinander sitzt.. Dafür gibt es noch Riesenbalkon auf Rückseite desHauses bei der Küche. Hier müsste dringend ein großer Sonenschirm oder eine Markise angebracht werden, da der Balkon ab nachmittags voll in der Sonne liegt und somit nicht zu nutzen ist. Vor einem Schlafzimmer ist auch noch ein großer Balkon, der auch auf der rückwärtigen Seite des Hauses ist. Außerdem befindet sich noch ein gro0er Balkon auf Dach des Hauses, dieser hat auch Meerblick. Super ist, dass das Haus einen Parkplatz mit elektrischem Tor hat, parken in Straße ist eher schwierig. Supermarkt direkt hinter Haus.”
