Roomy kitchen area with integrated major appliances and a large dining table. Nice view either you are sitting in the living room, cooking in the kitchen, or relaxing on the gigantic terrace which nearly surrounds the whole house. There is a lawn for outdoor games, which leads down to the large pier with a ladder leading into the water, a landing and a small nearby beach. Excellent fishing conditions. Water boiler. Toaster. Short boat trip to Korshavn and the lighthouse Lindesnes fyr.
