Open plan kitchen/diner with seating for 6 people. Spacious lounge area with relaxing sofa. Pretty garden with mountain views and palm trees. Large pool with sunbathing area, covered terrace for outside dining. Ideal for those wishing to get away from it all and relax in a peaceful environment. Pollença old town with it´s beautiful restaurants and cafés is a delight to visit only 5 minutes away by car. The sandy beaches of Puerto Pollença and Cala San Vicente are approx 15 minutes by car.

    “Beautiful location
    Very mayorcan type of villa,with luvly pool area.
    Outside areas very good for relaxing and bqs
    However we had an issue with damp clothes in both bedrooms on the ground floor occupied by my two grandchildren and their parents .
    They did smell the damp which was awe full for them.
    I would not return to this villa again until this issue has been resolved.” “Beautiful location

    “Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig zwischen Feldern und ist dennoch gut erreichbar. Man benötigt aber ein Auto. Es bietet anders als in der Beschreibung 4 vollwertige Schlafzimmer für insgesamt 8 Personen. Zwei Zimmer im Erdgeschoss teilen sich ein toll ausgestattetes Bad. Die beiden oberen Zimmer teilen sich allerdings nur eine Toilette, was etwas schade ist. Ein weiteres Bad mit Dusche und Toilette befindet sich aber noch im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche befanden sich keinerlei Lebensmittelvorräte der Vormieter, was sehr angenehm war, allerdings gab es auch kein Spülmittel, keine Spültabs und auch keine Müllbeutel. Eine Information, darüber wie der Müll getrennt und entsprechend entsorgt wird, wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen. Der Außenbereich war, wie das gesamte Haus, sehr gepflegt! Der Pool war ausreichend groß und ebenfalls gepflegt. Das Objekt ist uneingeschränkt auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern zu empfehlen! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir durften trotz vorzeitiger Anreise das Gepäck abstellen. Auch ein unerwarteter Handtuchwechsel hat uns sehr gefreut.”
