Lovely Holiday House in El Vendrell with Private Pool

This holiday home is in a quiet residential area between Vendrell and Calafell. The cities offer a varied range of leisure activities, sports and restaurants. Catalonia is famous for its beautiful and tranquil beaches and offers everything for a successful family holiday.

Cozy and comfortable holiday villa in Costa Dorada, near Barcelona with air-conditioned bedrooms, a large furnished garden and a new modern pool with integrated jacuzzi

The house has everything needed for a nice holiday. It is just over 180 sqm and has two bright floors. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, two singles and two doubles, one with a private bathroom, a large terrace with stunning views and another bathroom. On the ground floor there is a furnished living room with fireplace, TV, dining table for eight people and exit to the porch. A fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. On this floor there is also a toilet with shower and a laundry room. All bedrooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning. All rooms have ceiling fans and conventional heating elements for heating in wintertime. There is WiFi throughout the house. There are eight beds in total.



The house has a large porch, a summer kitchen with barbecue (charcoal and gas) and an enclosed furnished garden that is both spacious and secluded. Here the family can enjoy unforgettable evenings with sunset and relaxation. The beautiful and harmonious garden is carefully taken care of and there is a modern, newly built swimming pool 7 x 5.5 m with an integrated jacuzzi. For families with children there is the possibility to put a movable fence around the pool, but this must be ordered in advance.



Note: In order to avoid excessive consumption of energy and help to preserve the environment, we charge for the consumption of electricity throughout the year and gas in the winter



From the property there are good connections to the C-32 and AP-7, so you can easily reach Barcelona, Tarragona, Sitges and the famous Port Aventura theme park. In close proximity there are golf courses and a water park, (Leon Aqua Safari) to the delight of the younger family members. The property is located in Baix Penedes, a well-known wine district.     “The villa was lovely, very clean and in a nice quiet location. The outdoor area was fantastic. Lots of different places to sit to get sun or shade throughout the day and the pool was a great size. There was a lovely lemon tree in the garden as well which we made a lot of use of. The staff (I was in contact with Emma throughout our stay) were fantastic and friendly. The facilities were great and the house was very well equipped in terms of kitchen utensils, glasses etc. The one comment from my partner (who is Dutch and 6ft6) is that the beds were a bit on the small side! It is not easily walkable to bars, shops or restaurants, but there is a supermarket very close by which had everything we needed and is open 7 days a week. In all, a wonderful week at a great villa. Highly recommend!”

    “De tuin rondom het huis is prachtig en goed onderhouden. Veel verschillende plekjes in de tuin om te genieten van het weer, het zwembad en de tuin. (ligbedjes/schommelbank/loungeplek)Ook hebben we genoten van de buitenkeuken met BBQ. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in het huis te vinden!

    Kwaliteit prijs verhouding wat betreft de schoonmaakkosten (120 euro) had het wat ons betreft schoner kunnen zijn. Verschillende plekken vonden we het wat stoffig in huis, vlekjes op de lakens en in de keuken troffen we veel mieren.

    Als je met meerdere personen op de WIFI gaat valt hij soms weg. Boven is de wifi niet overal bereikbaar in de slaapkamers.”

    Me alegra ver que, a pesar de los pequeños problemas pudo disfrutar de sus vacaciones en nuestra casa.

    Nuestro objetivo es ofrecer una casa limpia como lo merecen nuestros huéspedes, y se ve en las opninones de nuestros anteriores huespedes que la limpieza siempre ha sido magnifica, yo he hablado con el personal encargado de la limpieza para que tomen en cuenta sus sugerencias. Respecto a las hormigas estas vienen del jardín, no queremos usar ningún producto químico y estamos probando con métodos más ecológicos. Esperamos resolver este problema pronto,
    Para la Wifi contamos con una velocidad maxima de 10 Mbps, este es el máximo posible en nuestra área. En el futuro instalaremos fibra óptica (tan pronto esta este disponible para su instalación en nuestra área).

    “Huset super fint rent. Haven med meget langt græs. Vi så ingen hvemand i hele ugen. En del støj fra vejen. Meget venlig personale på stedet.”

    “Kära Winnie, tack för din besök, Gräset vattnas och klipps inte så kort under de varmaste veckorna, för att bevara det fräsch och för att i Katalonien måste spara på vatten. Vaktmästaren arbetar diskret och använder garageinfarten varför de troligen inte noterade honom.

    “Wunderschöne Familienfreundliche Villa mit tollem neuen Pool inkl. Kindersicherung in Form eines Zauns.
    Sehr schön auch der grosszügige wunderschöne Garten inkl. Aussenküche und diversen Terrassen.
    Man hat praktisch den ganzen Tag Sonne und kann überall Ruhe finden.Das Haus überzeugt mit seiner grossartigen Einrichtung und den schönen Bädern und Schlafzimmern. Es ist super eingerichtet. Sogar einen Kamin gibt es und für die Kinder ( z. Bsp. Kinderbett, Kinderstuhl und Spielzeug) ist alles da. Wir kommen wieder!”

    “Das Haus liegt nahe an einer grösseren Umgehungsstraße, es ist aber dennoch nicht zu laut. Haus und Garten sind sorgfältig gepflegt, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Besonders 2 relativ neue Bäder sind einladend. Insgesamt gesehen ist die Ausstattung der Küche in Ordnung, sauber und ordentlich eingeräumt. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Es fehlen grössere Tassen und die Pfannen sind leider unbrauchbar (sehr verkratzt, daher gesundheitsschädlich). Wir haben sowohl Tassen als auch 2 Pfannen gekauft für den Gebrauch und dann mit nach Hause genommen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche zum Wechsel sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Internet funktioniert überall im Haus. Deutsche Fernsehsender gibt es leider nicht, aber über Internet und mit eigenem Laptop ist TV möglich. Der Besitzer ist jederzeit per Internet zu erreichen und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Problemen.

    Ein Supermarkt ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen per Fuß. Er ist auch Sonntags geöffnet (verkauft dann aber leider kein frisches Brot). Ansonsten ist er ordentlich sortiert. In näherer Umgebung (mit dem Auto gut zu finden) gibt es sowohl Lidl als auch Aldi und Carrefour Supermärkte.”
