The hunting castle at Hohen Niendorf awaits you for your very personal time out from everyday life in the fascinating nature of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. If you are looking for pure relaxation and leisure, but would also like to enjoy the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches, then this is just the right place for you, with the special flair of a listed estate.



The spacious two-room castle apartment (59m²) with a beautiful view of the park through five large windows has a generously equipped built-in kitchen, a 10m² balcony, underfloor heatin etc. It is ideal for 2-4 people. After an exciting day on the beach in Kühlungsborn, Rerik or wherever, you will appreciate peace and seclusion in your apartment. The apartment also has a sauna and a cosy fireplace room/library/TV room in the basement. The sauna can be used at any time for a fee. There is also a bicycle storage room in the basement.



The 70,000m² castle park awaits you with beautiful little corners, some sculptures, rare enormous trees and a pond with swans.



Pure nature is the holiday motto here, but there is nevertheless plenty to explore nearby, also by bicycle: the Bastorf lighthouse, pony riding, golf in Wittenbeck, three very different Baltic Sea beaches, tennis in Kühlungsborn and so on. Hohen Niendorf is an ideal starting point for staying in a quiet and idyllic atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside towns, whilst within convenient access of the beaches, the steep coast by Rerik, the boat harbour in Kühlungsborn or the bodden harbour in Rerik, the two concert gardens in Kühlungsborn or the Kurpark in Rerik etc. Holiday by the Baltic Sea, with a very special ambience, and without any local tourist taxes.
