Simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), dining table and satellite TV. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 small room with 2 sleeping facilities (80 cm). Open kitchen (4 gas rings, toaster, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Panoramic view. Facilities: mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years.

For shared use: property 100'000 m2, meadow, swimming pool (11 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). 900 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises.     “Es ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, sogar an jedem Fenster Mücken-Fliegenschutzgitter! Vermieter sind sehr nett und man kann Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung erwerben. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden wieder buchen! Auch die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ein schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Schirmen ist vorhanden.”

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geräumig und es war vom Adapter, Handtüchern in ausreichender Menge bis zum Espressokocher alles vorhanden. Der Pool ist toll und eines morgens stand der Vermieter mit eigenen Tomaten, Zucchini, Basilikum und Olivenöl vor der Tür.
    Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

    “Maison située dans la vigne et les oliviers sur une colline isolée à 500 m de la route principale. Environnement calme. Appartement simple, propre et fonctionnel. Chambres à coucher de bonnes grandeurs. Pas de four à la cuisine, pas de climatisation mais pas trop de souci de chaleur en fermant les volets la journée. Toutes les fenêtres équipées de moustiquaire. Petit bémol concernant l'aménagement des appartements par rapport aux appartements voisins, c'est-à-dire les fenêtres des chambres à coucher donnant côté terrasse des voisins (pouvant poser problème avec des voisins bruyants qui profitent de la terrasse tard en soirée). Terrasse et BBQ appréciés. Propriétaires très sympathiques et discrets. La propriétaire nous donnait parfois quelques légumes et fruits du jardin (tomates, figues, pèches, basilique, etc.). Les propriétaires produisent sur leur domaine de l'huile d'olive et du vin rouge (vino de la casa). Superbe piscine bien entretenue. Il faut prendre la voiture depuis la maison pour accéder aux commerces de Massa Marittima et de Follonica. Il y a quand même à proximité de la maison en bordure de la route principale (environ à 500 m) la Novella, qui propose des produits typiques de la Toscane (vins, pâtes, jambon, etc) ainsi que du pain.”
