Detached country house amidst nature with a beautiful view of the locality, the pool and the garden

The generous ‘podere’ is a detached country house amidst a typical Tuscan landscape, with a beautiful view of the little village Fabbrica. This house can only be rented as a unit and can accommodate up to 12 people.

The house is on two floors and comprises three bedrooms with a double bed, three bedrooms with two single beds each, four bathrooms and two kitchens. The ground floor has a large and fully-equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and bidet, and direct access to the garden from the kitchen. The first floor consists of a living room with a sofa and a large window, a dining room with a large table and kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bedroom with a sofa bed for two people, three bathrooms (of which two with a shower and bidet and one with a bath). There are stairs from the first floor to the so-called ‘dovecote’ with two further single beds and a large window with a beautiful view of the garden.

The country house has been very carefully restored, preserving the original structure and the old materials as far as possible. It features oak ceiling beams, cotto flooring and furniture in the rustic style of ‘arte povera’. The garden has a swimming pool and a parking space. Free wireless Internet access is available.

The location of the country house is ideal for exploring Tuscany. In the area (ca. 5km) there are restaurants, supermarkets, shops etc.

    “Notre appréciation de cette location. Propreté / services (serviettes, remise des clés) 4. Confort maison 2. Commodité maison 2 (peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, climatisation hors d'âge, nid de guêpes, trop à proximité du chemin qui mène vers d'autres habitation et des nuisances avec la poussière). Rapport qualité prix 2.”

    Merci d'avoir rédigé un avis sur Villa Zobi.
    Nous sommes heureux de vous informer qu'en 2018, nous avons installé un système de climatisation moderne dans toutes les pièces de la villa, et un système de chauffage écologique est également disponible.
    Un nid de guêpes est très courant dans la campagne toscane, mais c'est sûr que nous l'avons déplacé.
    Nous avons augmenté l'équipement de la cuisine.
    Si les gens conduisaient lentement sur la route sale, comme ils devraient le faire, il n'y aurait pas de poussière désagréable à côté de la villa.
    Quoi qu'il en soit, nous parlons d'une route privée en gravier, parcourue uniquement par des personnes autorisées.
    Nous espérons que vous reviendrez un jour. Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir et de vous montrer toutes les nouveautés.
    Il y a aussi un restaurant typique du Chianti sur place, maintenant.
