Comfortable apartment with many trip destinations nearby
Our holiday apartment “Am Gruggelbusch” is on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Goldhausen district of Korbach, with a beautiful panoramic view.
You will be staying in a holiday apartment of around 70m² with a separate entrance, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, two small bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bath), a fully-equipped kitchen with a cosy dining corner, a storage room, a living room with a fireplace stove, satellite TV and a comfortable sofa bed (140 x 190cm).
The outdoor area has a terrace with garden furniture, a grill and a lawn. There is parking space in front of the house.
We can arrange a bread rolls service on request. A comprehensive information brochure about all the trip destinations nearby can be found in the apartment. Firewood for the fireplace stove can be provided at a supplementary charge.
Goldhausen developed from a goldmining settlement, of which there are still many traces from the past that you can discover on the circuits of the “Goldspur Eisenberg”. Many idyllic hiking paths, the forest sport trail with a range of fitness equipment, the Georg-Viktor viewing tower (open from April to October) with a wonderful all-round view from the Sauerland to the Ederbergen, the excavated walls of the castle ruins on the highest point of Eisenberg, the visitor mine “Unterer Tiefe Tal Stollen” and the Eisenberg chalet with gastronomy are within easy access on foot from the apartment. Goldhausen is also an ideal starting point for many trips in the area, such as Edersee/Twistesee/Diemelsee, Kellerwald national park centre, Willingen / Winterberg (where you can also find ideal winter sports possibilities), Medebach Center Park, Korbach etc. We are happy to provide further personal advice.
