    “Beide Matratzen des Doppelbettes im Erdgeschoss sind durchgelegen. Ein Armlehnstuhl (Armlehnen sind lose) ist defekt. Schießanlage in direkter Nähe des Hauses. Benutzung abends insbesondere bei gutem Weeter ca. 1 bis 1 1/2 Std.
