This pleasantly furnished country house has a swimming pool and is situated in a serene, rural location just 15 km from Umbertide. There is a comfortable living room and romantic bedroom under the roof and covered patio with barbecue is situated in front of the kitchen. Garden area, situated a little above on the property has a private pool with sun terrace for the guests. Entrance is shared with the landlord, who lives in the neighbouring house. This rural location is ideal to relax, but at the same time, you can also explore the beautiful towns of Umbria and Tuscany located nearby. The other towns to be visited are Citta di Castello – 15 km, Cortona – 30 km, Perugia – 40 km, Assisi and Arezzo – 50 km. Supermarkets are located in Calzolaro (700 metres) and the restaurant is just 200 metres away. Washing machine usage is shared and is chargeable.

    “Sehr nettes, rustikales und idyllisches Ferienhaus, buchstäblich im Herzen Italiens, ideal zu entspannen und den stressigen Alltag zu vergessen. Enrica, die Hausbesitzerin, sowie ihre ganze Familie sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und respektieren die Privatsphäre und Bedürfnisse der Gäste. Sie spricht nur Italienisch aber die Verständigung hat dennoch gut geklappt.
    Der Pool ist groß, sauber und bietet die perfekte Abkühlung während der heißen Sommertage. Die überdachte Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich und mit der entprechendenden Beleuchtung sehr romantisch am Abend.
    Die Beschreibung des Hauses entspricht der Realität, obwohl wir persönlich fanden die Treppe zum Schlafraum nicht so steil.
    Auch unserem Hund hat die Unterkunft, den riesigen Garten und die gemütliche Terrasse sehr gefallen :)
    Zusammenfassend empfehlen wir sehr gerne die Casina del Fosso den jenigen, die wirklich entspannen wollen und keine außergewöhnlichen Urlaubsaktivitäten suchen. Wir haben unser Urlaub und diese Ruhe sehr genossen!”

    “Het huis is aangenaam en ruim. Goed gelegen en dichtbij warenhuis en restaurants. Aanvankelijk waren de pannen en potten niet te gebruiken maar Enrica heeft snel voor andere gezorgd. Zwembad is super en het terras aan het huis is bijna idylisch. Nadeel is dat Enrica alleen maar Italiaans spreekt en dat het allemaal met handen en voeten moet uitgelegd worden. Ze is heel lief en hulpvaardig en resecteert volkomen de privacy van de gasten.”

    “Vorallem für Gartenliebhaber ist dieses Ferienhaus ein Paradies, da ein großer Garten zur Mitbenutzung vorhanden ist, in welchem 1000de von Tomaten, frische Wasser- und Honigmelonen, Bohnen, Zuckini, Auberginen und vieles mehr zu finden ist. Auch Hunde sind dort herzlich Willkommen und werden liebevoll aufgenommen. Für Kinder ist es jedoch im Hochsommer ein sehr anspruchsvolles Klima. Mein Mann und ich hatten selber häufig Kreislaufprobleme, aufgrund der Hitze. Insgesamt ist das Ferienhaus jedoch sehr empfehlenswert und die Vermieterin ist eine herzliche, liebevolle und sehr gastfreundliche Dame.”
