This pretty Mediterranean holiday home with swimming pool is located in a peaceful place Presika with family houses and villas. It is only a few minutes of walk away from the old town of Labin, where you can find many cultural monuments. In front of the house there are vineyards and an olive grove. It is located only a few minutes of drive away from the pretty green oasis of Prtlog with small rocky and pebble beaches. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a toilete and a leisure room with table tennis, table football and darts. On the upper floor there is a large kitchen with dining and living space and a bathroom. On the mezzanine there are three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is a perfect place for interesting holiday, in direct proximity of the town, with plenty of summer attractions, cultural monuments and the tourist destination of Rabac with hotels and restaurants. Nearby is an equestrian club with riding school. Make sure to visit the antique town of Pula with its magnificent amphitheatre, numerous monuments and historical sites. It is also worth visiting the National Park of Brijuni, an archipelago which is situated across the fishing village of Fazana.
