Holiday apartment for five people
The holiday apartment Ben 2 was also completely newly renovated and furnished in 2012 and is on the first floor of the house. From here you can enjoy a lovely view over the lower own and the skiing and sledging slopes. The apartment provides a living room with a cupboard wall, a sofa suite (3/2/1), satellite TV with a DVD player and radio. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a comfortable lounger (90 x 200cm), a wardrobe and bedside tables. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm) and a wardrobe and bedside tables. The kitchen provides a dining table with six chairs and a fully-equipped built-in kitchen unit with a four-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, as well as crockery, glasses and cutlery for 12 pople. The bathroom is fitted with a bath with a shower attachment and a WC.
Children’s travel beds and highchairs can be provided on request and are included, along with the costs for heating, water, the garage, bed linen, hand and bath towels (a first supply) and use of the common room. Internet access is not available. The property is a middle of terrace house with a driveway through to the interior courtyard. You can book one of the three garages in the courtyard behind the house. The garden area behind the garages provides tables, garden chairs, two parasols and two portable grills on a lawn. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs.
It is only 300 metres to the supermarket and the town centre, and just 600 metres to a good restaurant, and 1100 metres to the train station for the Harzquerbahn railway. There is a bus stop nearby. The spa card entitles you to free bus journeys in the Harz region. In and around Benneckenstein there are good hiking trails and in winter there is a ski lift with a skiing and sledging slope that can be seen from apartments 2 and 3. The two apartments Ben 1 (no. 473511) for six people and Ben 3 (no. 47353) for six people are also available to let.
