    Zur Lage muss man sagen, dass das Anwesen an einer sehr befahrenen Departement-Straße liegt, sodass nur in der kühlen Jahreszeit, die hervorragenden Schallschutzfenster wirklich ihren Dienst tun können. Ansonsten hilft nur noch die Klimaanlage weiter.
