Das Haus, in typischer äolischer Architektur, verfügt über drei Zimmer - eine grosse Küche mit einem Bogen getrennt zum Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbett. Separat liegt ein Schlafzimmer mit drei Betten und ebenso das Badzimmer mit Dusche/WC. Alle Zimmer (auch das Bad) verfügen über einen individuellen Eingang von der überdeckten Terasse aus.
