This beautiful holiday home, formerly an oil mill, on a 250-hectare estate, produces organic olive oil and is located 8 km from Lake Bolsena. Here you have the opportunity to visit the private oil mill and taste the native olive oils produced on the farm. The interior of the house and the furnishings are inviting and well maintained and in the spacious outdoor area, guests have access to a beautiful, panoramic swimming pool with equipped sun terrace. Enjoy the wonderful, wide view on the valley covered by olive trees. Location: Lake Bolsena with its beaches and medieval hamlets about 8 km, the small town of Montefiascone (all kinds of shops) about 11 km, the ancient city of Viterbo with thermal baths 17 km, the picturesque Civita di Bagnoregio (known as 'dying city') 20 km, the Etruscan Tarquinia and the beautiful, wide open and equipped sandy beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea 52 km. The house is ideal to spend a holiday in total freedom, in the respect of nature and in the sign of modern comforts. Arrival only between 4 pm - 8 pm.

    “Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In 2 Schlafzimern sind Flachbildschrime vorhanden, im Wohnzimmer gibt es W-Lan, das im Preis inbegriffen ist, jedoch so gut wie gar nicht auserhalb des Wohnzimmers funktioniert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, großer Gasherd mit Backofen und 2 Elektrokochplatten, Mikrowelle, großer Kühl/Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspülmaschine allerdings fehlen ein paar Kleingeräte, wie z.B. Schneebesen, Messbecher. Der Pool ist nur für das Ferienhaus zur alleinigen Nutzung, ist 12m lang und ca 6m breit und wurde täglich gereinigt. Beim Vermieter vor Ort, der sehr zuvorkommend und nett war kann man Bio-Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung kaufen. Wichtig: bei nicht kompatiblen Steckern Adapter mitnehmen.”
