The freestanding holiday house EFTHALIA is located in a green and rural area above the coast of Halikounas, on a nature and garden property. Large pine trees provide the necessary shade during the summer. Palm trees are lining the access road to the house. The simply furnished holiday house was built in 1970 and partly refurbished in 2011. The kitchen is adjoining to one side of the living room and a bedroom with a folding sliding door to the other side. The additional bedroom with separate entrance from outside is available with bookings for 6 or more people. In front of the house is a huge terrace with several seating options that invites you to relax and enjoy thewonderful sunsets. From the front part of the property you have a wide view across the Ionian Sea. There is a second holiday house which is is not occupied on the rear part of the property. Approx. 1,5km to the sandy bay of Alonaki and approx. 3,5 km to the fine sandy beach of Halikounas at the Lake Korrission.
