This charming seven bedroom villa is wonderfully located on a 5-hectare plot and offers plenty of space for a relaxing holiday. The holiday home is spread across three floors and boasts a cosy and colourful décor. It includes an outside swimming pool, a veranda and barbecue facilities, as well as a recreation room with table tennis table. The holiday home is ideally located for guests wishing to discover Mount Sainte-Victoire, Verdon Gorges and Lake of Sainte-Croix. It is just 25km from Aix-en-Provence, which is often referred to as 'the town of water' due to its many fountains. Please note, the caretakers live onsite, close to the entrance of the holiday home. You will benefit from use of two parking spaces in the garage.

    “Das Haus liegt in einem eigenen, großzügigem Waldgebiet mit Öffnung zu einem Olivenhain und Wiesen in absoluter Ruhe.
    Es hat viel Platz und ist gut eingerichtet. Auch für Kinder gut geeignet. Bei gutem Wetter ist es eine Freude im Außenbereich zu leben und zu entspannen. Der großzügige Pool mit verschiebbarer Überdachung ist wunderbar.
    Einziger zu bemängelter Punkt ist der Zustand der sanitären Anlagen. Sie sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und man sieht es ihnen an.
    Somit würde ich hier als Bewertung nur eine 3 abgeben.
    Das "Hausmeisterehepaar" ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
