The apartment Marino, an apartment furnished in rustic style for 3-4 persons is located on the ground floor of a traditional detached istrian stone house in the village Rosini, 7 km away from Porec and its lovely beaches.
The owner of the apartment lives on the first floor of the house. It has been completely renovated and furnished with new furniture in 2008.

The apartment has a living area of approx. 40 sqm, and consist of a kitchen with dining-living room, one double room with a french bed, one bedroom with bunk bed, shower/toilet, terrace of 10 m² with garden furniture, barbecue. Private parking place attached to the house.

    “Liebevoll eingerichtet, Ausstattung gut, Größe ist für 3+1 Personen ausreichend, Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Lage ländlich und etwas abseits, mit Auto ist aber alles zeitnah zu erreichen, Tipp: freien Eintritt ins Resort Laterna nutzen - viele Freitzeitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten, schöne Strände (Kiesel und Strand), freie Parkplätze.     “Ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung in einem kleinen Vorort des Touristenortes Porec. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und erlauben auf Nachfrage die Nutzung des hauseigenen Gartens. Das Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und macht einen gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Die Vermieter standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn wir mal eine Frage zu einem Ausflugsziel, zu einem schönen Strand oder zu anderen Dingen hatten. Schön war auch, dass unser Hund willkommen war und sich sehr gut mit den Vermietern und dessen eigenen Hunden verstand. Wer keine Luxusausstattung erwartet, sondern mit einem kleinen, aber gepflegten und ruhigen Domizil zufrieden ist, wird hier immer wieder gut aufgehoben sein.”
