House in an idyllic village in a charming Bavarian Forest landscape

The house “Am Rückerlhof” is in an idyllic little village, 3km from the climatic spa town Waldmünchen, in a beautiful mountain landscape with a charming landscape at the heart of the Upper Bavarian Forest nature reserve. The holiday apartments face south and are on the ground floor and upper floor of the annex, amidst meadows and fields, in the village characterised by farming, away from busy roads.

There is a large common room (100m²) with a fireplace stove, table tennis table, darts, bobby cars, and a cosy painting corner on the gallery. The daily bread rolls delivery service is a special highlight. All the apartment bedrooms are fitted with blinds and fly screens. A junior be and highchairs are available free of charge on request for families. Wi-Fi is available for a fee.

There is also a large garden with two football goals, a basketball basket, a large and small swing, a slide, a sandpit, volleyball court, giant trampoline, games and climbing tower, a pond and a campfire area.

You can enjoy activities such as romantic car rides, visits to a farm, baking bread in the wood-burning stove, herb walks. Entrance tickets can be arranged for the Waldmünchen climbing park or the Trenckfestspiele.

The large living room faces the south side, while the bedrooms face north. The bow front has a rustic dining table with a corner bench. The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and electric hob with four rings. The living room provides a double sofa bed. Satellite TV is available. The bathroom has a bath and a WC. Apart from two parents‘ bedrooms each with a double bed, there are two children’s rooms, one with a bunk bed and one with a French bed. A storage room is available.

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gross. Wir waren sieben Leute und der Platz
    hat vollkommen gereicht.
    Der Garten ist ein super Spielplatz für Kinder, sogar mit kleinem
    Badeteich für die Kids.
    Echt super ☺

    “In den vergangenen 11 Jahren hatten wir schon viele Gelegenheiten, Ferienwohnungen auf ihre Familientauglichkeit zu überprüfen, und nun können wir feststellen: Dies war bisher die beste. Die Wohnung ist freundlich eingerichtet, es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten, und alles funktionierte tadellos. Es gibt auf dem Gelände eine Reihe von Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder, und der Fuhrpark an Kettcars usw. ist top in Schuss. Der Spielbereich ist von der Straße abgegrenzt durch einen Zaun, so dass kleine Kinder nicht auf die Straße laufen können. Sehr angenehm ist auch, dass sich die Fenster der Schlafräume verdunkeln lassen. Dadurch, dass die Schlafräume in den Hang hineingebaut sind, blieben sie auch bei den heißen Temperaturen dieses Jahres angenehm kühl. Die Vermieter waren von Anfang bis Ende sehr herzlich und immer ansprechbar, der Begriff Gastgeber passt hier eigentlich besser. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Familie Ederer/Ruhland für eine schöne Urlaubswoche!”

    “Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit genügend Platz für alle. Mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, zudem sehr sauber und ordentlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige und schöne Lage im Waldmünchener Ortsteil Rannersdorf. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Art überdachter Balkon und zudem ist auch eine Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeit und Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Im "Hof" nebenan ist das Kinder-Spielparadies mit Trampolin, Sandkasten, Volleyballnetz, Fußballtoren etc. und viele, bei unseren Kindern sehr beliebte, Catcars. Die Vermieter sind super nett und immer ansprechbar! Von ihnen wird auch einen Brötchenservice am Morgen bis vor die Tür geboten.”
